Jared Jamison, VP of Operations at Mason & Hanger, discussed the how-tos of implementing impactful A/E firm strategy at the recent 2019 Virginia Engineers Conference. His session explored culture and its role in creating a strategic foundation. Jamison shared how to achieve greater success for both the firm and the individual: recognize good strategy, align culture to strategy, and commit to personal development. The result is better supported strategy and stronger culture which translates into greater success for all involved. Jamison imparted, “The success of a firm is dependent on how well its unique value aligns with the unique needs of its clients. The same formula for success applies to how well the individual aligns with the needs of his or her business.”
