Mason & Hanger provided engineering design services for a new $164M, 122,000 SF embassy compound on a new eight acre parcel in the Morgenstond development. Design included sustainable design criteria to achieve LEED Silver certification for the new office building and compound. Sustainable attributes included rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, and chilled beams. Facilities included a new office building, compound access control (SCAC, MCAC, CCAC), recreation building, utility building, shops, parking, and a warehouse.
