Mike Liuzzo has joined Government Services as Vice President, Finance, reporting to Kathleen King, Senior Vice President, Finance and CFO, effective June 13, 2023.
In his new role, Mike will function as a business partner to Government Services for all financial planning and analysis activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for domestic, as well as international offices. He will provide leadership and coordination for the implementation and execution of organization-wide projects related to risk mitigation, financial and government contracting compliance, and financial success. Mike will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase profit margin/return on investment, while driving increased efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving service.
As a results-driven leader, Mike brings more than thirty years of experience in finance and business, and approaches business problems with a knowledge of marketing, business development, operations, and product management. Whether tasked to rescue a program startup, ignite revenue growth, launch a new product, save operating costs, or improve processes, he has consistently delivered strong results. Mike most recently was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Dataprise. He also served as Senior Director of Finance for DynCorp International.
Mike holds his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Virginia Tech.
