We are very pleased to announce that Carl Gentilcore has joined Mason & Hanger as Director of Domestic Programs. Carl comes to us with over 20 years’ experience in federal business development with both A/E and construction firms. He has extensive knowledge of government contracting, with contacts in numerous national agencies. His clients have included General Services Administration, Veterans Administration, Department of Homeland Security, National Institute of Standards & Testing, and National Institute of Health, as well as major construction companies. During his career he has been responsible for winning multi-million dollar IDIQ’s and design-build projects.
Carl is a Washington D.C. native and resides in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a registered civil engineer, earning his BS in civil engineering from the University of Dayton, a Masters in civil engineering from University of Maryland, and Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He comes to Mason & Hanger from Delta Engineers with previous experience at Leo Daly and Akima Construction.
