We are able to produce designs, ranging from straightforward to sophisticated designs,with complex phasing to ensure a high level of security and continuous building operation. Supporting the Energy and Sustainability department, the integrated team includes numerous professional engineers, certified plumbing designers, certified energy managers, LEED-Accredited Professionals and Geoexchange designers.

Renewable Energy Systems

We have award-winning experience in the design and implementation of renewable energy systems, including wind, solar photovoltaic, and solar thermal. An early adopter of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we offer advanced analysis capabilities including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling, advanced energy modeling, and acoustical analysis.

Central Utility Plant Design

Our team is well experienced in the design of large-scale central utility plants in a variety of climates and locations. On these projects, we have incorporated combined heat and power (CHP) and combined cooling, heating, and power (CCHP) to substantially reduce energy and greenhouse gas emissions.
